AAHP Mini-grants

Each fiscal year, the African American Health Program awards mini-grants to community organizations in Montgomery County, MD who have successfully applied to the program in order to implement projects that will address healthcare disparities and provide education to promote improved health outcomes in African Americans. Minigrants awarded range from $1,000-$4,900.
