2009 marks the 10th anniversary of the African American Health Program (AAHP) of the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Montgomery County, Maryland. This report briefly summarizes the program’s history and current focus areas and lays out the direction in which AAHP will strive to develop over the next five years.
